The Twin Villas (Islamorada & FLB2201) are both decorator furnished and located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Coral Ridge Country Club. The Twin Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and grocery stores.
FLB2201 is furnished with Mexican tiled floors throughout, designer furnishings, including all new kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is made for a gourmet chef with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and huge amounts of work space and separate bar area. The bathrooms are all new with top of the line fixtures.
Beginning 5/7/05 , the Twin Villas ( Key Largo and Islamorada) will share the beautifully landscaped pool and beginning December 2006, the pool will be heated for year round comfort.
Lots of outdoor activities are nearby including shopping, biking, boating, water sports, and the beaches
Activities and Attractions
Shopping: The Coral Ridge Mall is less than a 5 minute walk and the mall shops includes Target, Publix, Movie Theater, TJMaxx and other shops.
The Galleria Mall and The Shops on Las Olas are a 5-10 minute drive. Other shopping includes Sawgrass Mills outlet mall and the world's largest outdoor flea market known as the "Swap Shop" should not be missed.
