Windward Cay located on a conservation area is a small estate, about 10 minutes to the Disney the attractions, just off the East end of Highway 192. There are many Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, even a Walmart in walking distance.
There are 3 local Golf Courses nearby. Only a 10 minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes.
The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.
