The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary at West Haven is highly regarded community in Central Florida. The entrance to The Sanctuary is through coded security gates to ensure your exclusive comfort at all times. The high quality homes set in beautifully landscaped grounds and conservation areas on one of the highest points in central Florida. Many villas have lake views. Gardeners attend to all the gardens, trees and shrubbery. Outside this oasis, Disney’s main gate is only 10 minutes away. On a clear night, you may even se the fireworks from Epcot Center!
The community is located on Ronald Regan Parkway CR54, which is just off US27 in a quiet, though convenient location for all the attractions, a quick drive to several golf courses, shopping outlets, numerous restaurants, gas stations and Central Florida's most famous theme parks, including Disney!
Additionally, Sea World is about 20 minutes, Universal Studios is 25 minutes, and Busch Gardens is an hour away.
The prestigious ChampionsGate golf resort, featuring two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman, is a only two minutes away.
Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast can be reached in about 1 ˝ hours and the Atlantic Coast with Kennedy Space Centre can be reached in about an hour.
The Sanctuary at Westhaven is a highly desired haven of privacy and welcome luxury to come home at the end of all those hectic days at the theme parks!
