The new development of Florida Pines is situated on Highway 27 which lies between the US192 and the I4. Florida Pines is conveniently located to a number of supermarkets. A new Publix store has just opened on US192 and Walgreens and Wal*Mart Superstore are within easy reach.
A vacation rental home in the Disney World area, the major attractions of Walt Disney World: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom are no more than 15 minutes away.
Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are all within a 30 minute drive. For those who wish to take a day to Kissimme, St Pete's Beach, Clearwater or Busch Gardens - you will find this villa on the right side of Orlando for quick and easy access.
For sport Florida boasts more golf courses than just about anywhere in the world with reasonable rates for a round. Tennis and volleyball courts are everywhere and there are ample opportunities for fishing, boating, air boat rides, sailing, jet skiing and wind surfing.
It is a short drive to a shopaholics paradise. Most people shop for sporting goods and clothing, designer wear and casual fashions with savings between 30% and 50%. Many experienced visitors literally bring empty suitcases and fill them up here! Along US192 you will find stores such as Denim World, World of Denim and Target. Nearby there is also a vast range of Factory Stores and Outlet Malls selling discounted lines at lower prices than regular stores. The Florida Mall at the northern end of the Orange Blossom Trail is worth a day's visit in itself and has a huge selection of boutiques, designer shops and department stores.
