This location makes it a great choice! The houses in this development are located within a conservation area and the villas are on slightly larger lots. Many of the villas are 2 story homes. The surrounding conservation land is home to Deer, Turtles, Armadillos, Eagles and hundreds birds mammals and reptiles from the natural world.

The community grounds are beautifully landscaped to create a calm and tranquil environment. There is a playground area for the kids before you enter the development, equipped with swings and slide, a sand box. There are also several great amenities available for the guests to use during their stay. Amenities include a community basketball court and community tennis courts. There are several lakes throughout the development and fishing is available. The community is close to shopping, grocery stores as well as restaurants for every palate. A great location!
