Villa Blair is a completly remodeled home off Savona Parkway in SE Cape Coral with very quick gulf access. The cozy and newly furnished home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. The pool is heated and facing west.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located you can reach the beach, Restaurants and shopping within minutes, this vacation house has everything you need and you will enjoy your perfect vacation.
Pricing is based on 2 guests, each additional guest $12.60 per night for Low season and High season. No charge for kids under the age of 10 years. All prices plus 11% Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) Minimum stay: 7 days. Christmas and Easter min. stay 7days plus 15% Surcharge Rate includes $25/week electricity (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
