This house is in the beautiful Skyline area on a canal with direct access to the Gulf.

3 bedrooms, 2 bath, beautiful kidney shaped heatable pool, in ground spa and gas grill on patio. A large bar, refrigerator and seating area under the covered patio is ideal for outdoor entertainment. There is a dock and also a boat lift. The kitchen overlooks the pool area and divides the family room from the living room. There is a faxmachine in the home.

Additional Informations:
  • 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.

  • Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
