The Villa was built with massive stoneworks on a large 10000 sq ft (1000m2) plot in the typical Floridian style. There is approximately 2000 sq ft (200 m2) living space with very high cathedral ceilings in the living area. We have furnished the entire Villa in Floridian style to a very high standard.

The living room is furnished with a 2 sofas and chairs, coffee tables with marble top, cathedral ceiling, cable TV, VCR/CD, a large sliding door and carpeted throughout.
The "Master" bedroom includes a French bed, cable TV, Telephone/Fax, direct access to the pool area and is also carpeted
Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds and another French bed. They share a bathroom with double sink, tub and shower, and a toilet.
Our kitchen is fully equipped for 8 guests and includes an electronic stove, fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, micro wave, coffee maker, and telephone. Washer, dryer, iron/board, vacuum cleaner, et ceterea, can be found in a separate laundry room.

Pool and Deck area
On both sides of the property are large palm trees, as well as lush tropical plants for beauty but also total privacy. The lawn and gardens are professionally cared for. The solar heated pool has always a comfortable temperature and is serviced by professional pool care people for sparkling clean and crystal clear water.

During the night the palm trees are lighted and twinkle, and the mature gardens welcome you back home. The warm climate together with the underwater lights in the pool contribute to unforgettable vacation days. You will enjoy it so much.

• Minimum stay 1 week
• We require a reservation deposit of 30 % of total rental price.
• The total rental price needs to be paid up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• We require a $300.00 security deposit at check-in.
• Rental Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be in writing. Sorry. We need to charge the full rental price if we are unable to re-rent our villa.
