The house has a living area of circa 160 sqm and is excellently situated only two walking minutes away from the well-kept fine sand beach of Cape Coral. Its highlights are a tropical garden with numerous citrus trees; a quiet, typical American residential area; near Cape Coral in the preferred Yacht Club neighborhood; a very private pool area.

The pool area (pool size circa 5x10 meters) is not visible to the neighbors since its many plants and palm trees block their view. The pool can be lighted after dark, as well as the seating areas, allowing you to take a quick, refreshing swin even at night. The pool is solar-heated during the winter months. Four pool chairs allow you to relax, and, if you are looking for some shade, you can choose between two roofed patios, each with a seating area.
