This four bedroom/three and one-half bath, custom built and decorated, island, pool home has three levels with the living areas on the upper levels and the bedrooms on the lower to provide you with excellent water and nature views. Decorated by a professional decorator who is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, no details have been missed. Your memories will be cherished forever from your visit at this spectacular festive home.

• 25% security deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. A $300 Security Deposit is required with last payment($500 for 2 weeks), which is refundable after inspection after departure.
• If the Client does not pay the balance of the holiday at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation charges: More than 60 days before arrival: deposit only / 60 days or less: Full amount
