Upper Captiva (sometimes called North Captiva but not to be confused with Captiva/Sanibel) is a small island off the southwest coast of Florida in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Much of the island is a nature preserve and the rest is scattered with beautiful homes. There are two restaurants, a few very small shops and a swim club. Golf carts are used for transportation.

This is a place where you can swim, hot tub, kayak, play tennis, seek shells, fish, jog on the beach, bird watch, soak up the sun, eat out, bar-b-q in, watch sunsets or...just do nothing.
