The villa was remodeled and decorated in Fall 2002 including a new private screened heated pool. During the renovation, the cottage's charm has been preserved to insure you have a Captiva Vacation In Paradise!

We can accommodate up to eight in its 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (one with Jacuzzi tub), and sleeper sofa.

This vacation home features a living room with ceiling fan, a screened lanai, and a screened new private pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall. It is tastefully decorated in fun tropical colors offset by Mexican ceramic tile and wall to wall carpeting

The screened lanai opens from the living room and is connected to the pool. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property...or to relax after a refreshing swim.

This home offers every convenience you would expect of an exclusive beach resort including cable TV/VCR, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and ceiling fans

The convenience of the one floor construction makes it a great family vacation home. Bedding consists of two queen size beds, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa

The location is in the desirable Captiva Village area. It is an easy walk to anything you need including great restaurants, convenient shops, and vacation activities.

• $500.00 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. A $300 Security Deposit is required ($500 for 2 weeks), which is refundable after inspection after departure. (A larger deposit may be required for longer stays.)
• If the Client does not pay the balance of the holiday at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation charges: More than 30 days before arrival: depost only / 30 days or less: Full amount
