This Deluxe Gulf Front Condo at South Seas Plantation has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Our condo offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as instant access to Captiva's white sugar sand beach. You have found a perfect spot for your dream vacation!

Our home is new on the vacation rental market. It was professionally decorated with added amenities to reflect a finished, comfortable home rather than a typical rental unit. We are continuing to update the condo to insure your stay is comfortable. Three large sliding glass doors open from the living room to the lanai with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your entertainment pleasure. Dining choices include the dining room or the screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or one of the many restaurants in Captiva's classic village.

The sofa opens up for use as a queen sleeper. There is a cable TV and VCR, a book and video library for your entertainment pleasure.

Our master bedroom has a king size bed, and remote cable TV. The guest room offers two twin beds. There are two full baths.

The lanai is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the cool gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico and tropical vegetation. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning or the breeze from the Gulf.

Our condo is a luxury home with a great view, and many special features to make your stay comfortable. Please visit our amenities page. You will have access to the pools, tennis and beach. We do not rent through South Seas Resort.

Complimentary beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach, though we have extras for a night time Gulf or pool swim. A snack boat anchors most days at the beach for your convenience. Free tennis courts are steps away and free shuttle trolleys take you to cruises from the marina. Rental bikes can be delivered to your door.

Please Note: You are not a guest of the resort, where the pricing is significantly higher. You do have access to several amenities: - Resort Health Club (daily or weekly membership - same as renting from South Seas Resort direct) - Two restaurants, deli and shops at the South End of the Resort and next to the Village (very close to our condo) - The trams, free tennis, free beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas (all provided at the beach - you don't have to carry them). - Two pools by the condo. (Or any of the pools on the plantation.) - Cruises from the Marina and the Offshore Sailing School. - If you're interested in Golf, you'll probably prefer the more challenging, Dunes or Beachview Golf Courses. Both are 18 hole courses on Sanibel (just 20 minutes away) compared with the 9 hole course at the Resort.

- The best restaurants (and they are numerous) are in the Village, just a 5-10 minute walk from our door. We will provide you with some suggestions. (An ice cream/pizza shop is in the village. This will compensate for the ice cream shop that is only for resort guests at the North end of the Resort.) - Excellent rental of 6-speed aluminum men's, ladies', and children's bikes can be delivered to your door, so you don't have to rent the Resort's rusty single speed beach bikes. The only amenities NOT available are the 9 hole golf course, the few shops, ice cream shop and two restaurants at the North End of the Resort (about a mile from our condo) and the kid's camp. Washers and dryers are located on the ground level of our condominium, and are coin operated.

• $500.00 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. A $300 Security Deposit is required ($500 for 2 weeks), which is refundable after inspection after departure. (A larger deposit may be required for longer stays.)
• If the Client does not pay the balance of the holiday at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is accepted the deposit will be forfeit. Cancellation charges: More than 30 days before arrival: depost only / 30 days or less: Full amount
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
