Calabay Parc:

Calabay Parc is a great vacation home community located approximately 15 - 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. on US27 southwest of Highway 192 and north of Interstate 4 in the Davenport area. 

 Within a 5 minutes drive you have everything you might need, Supermarkets like Publix, chain restaurants like Applebees, Dannys or Chillys, local pubs and restaurants like the 3 nanas, a small but great cuban sandwich place. there is also Polsner park, a newly build mall with a Target supermarket, a Bestbuy and much more. 

Several golf courses are within a 10 minutes  drive, the nearest one is at Ridgewood Lakes, just down US27 probably about 5 miles, or at Highlands Reserve north on US27 probably same distance. The are is a great base for a golfing vacation.

Calabay Parc offers convenient access to the areas of Haines City, Winter Haven and Cypress Gardens, and a relaxing retreat away from the bustle of the 192 and surrounding attractions. Clearwater and the Central Gulf coast beaches are about 90 minutes away, while to the east Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic Space coast can be reached in about an hour. It is an easy drive from Orlando Internation Airport and will take about 35 minutes. The community is elegant and tranquil but still within the heart of the area and close to all that the area has to offer. The onsite facilities include a basketball court, a volleyball court, a kids’ park and a nature park all within the community. These are all available for use when staying at the resort.
