• When you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter with you and the day before you leave we read it again and you pay for the exact amount of electricity you use in local currency.

• A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking. A full refund will granted if cancellation is made and the villa is rented for the same time period.
• Payment in full one week before arrival.
• A $300 security deposit is required prior to occupancy.
