This Luxury Villa is situated a bit off the road on Paradise View Drive. There is a Driveway and a Landscaped Garden. This Villa also offers solitude and an unrestricted view.

It is a 2-Bedroom Villa with a self-contained suite on the ground floor. There is no basement. All the Bedrooms are Air-Conditioned with Ceiling Fans. The Villa has a full Kitchen with all the amenities that you would want such as a washing machine, microwave, towels, cutlery, etc. The Villa is fully equipped and furnished with Cable or Satellite Television, VCR, and a Computer with Internet access is also available.

There is an Outside Dining Room, and a Patio with a view of the Harbour and Dickenson Bay. The Patio extends to a Deck, which has a large Calypso Spa and you can sit in the Spa and take in the fantastic view while the jets are working to relax your muscles.

• A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking. A full refund will granted if cancellation is made and the villa is rented for the same time period.

• A $300 security deposit is required prior to occupancy.
